New subreddit for Lightning Node collaboration

I recently listened to Alex Bosworth's latest Lightning talk regarding channel balancing (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlPIB6jt6ww) and thought this might be a good idea to help contribute to the network.

Create a post here with your node URI and desired outbound liquidity, and wait for someone to comment on your post that they've funded a channel. Then in turn, you fund a channel back to that person with that same amount.

I would only suggest to try this out if you plan on having a very high (read: 24/7) uptime for your node.
